You received your email service password in the welcome letter sent by Orange when you subscribed to internet.
You can change your Orange email service password at anytime.
To modify your email service password, follow these steps:
1On the orange.fr homepage, click on your name (in the example, Cécile BERTAU).
If you're not already logged in, do so.
2You are accessing your user account. In the manage my personal data window (i.e gérer mes données personnelles) , click on password (i.e mot de passe).
3In the password box, enter your current password ( i.e mot de passe actuel), then your new password (i.e nouveau mot de passe) and confirm it. Click on Validate (i.e Valider)
Your new password is now activated.
If you forget your password, you can receive it by SMS. To do so, fill in your cell phone number in the section my user account (i.e mon compte utilisateur) on the customer space page.
