If you're having problems (with telephone services via Internet, for example), rebooting your Livebox may solve the problem.
The procedure required varies depending on your Livebox model.

Before rebooting your Livebox, we recommend disconnecting the yellow cable that connects your TV to your Livebox.
Then plug it back in once your Livebox has been rebooted.

Your Livebox 2 has an On/Off button: 0/1 to switch the Livebox on and off.
To reboot your Livebox 2:
1Press the 0/1 button once.
2Then press the 0/1 button again. This operation takes about 2 minutes.
The Livebox Mini has a button on the right side labelled Reboot.
To reboot your Livebox Mini:
1Press the Reboot button to restart your Livebox.
2Once you've pressed the button, the Livebox lights will go off, and then flash rapidly for two seconds. The Livebox will then take 1 to 2 minutes to reconnect.
To reboot a Thomson/Inventel Livebox:
1Turn your Livebox over, unplug the Livebox power cable then plug it back in.
2Once this procedure has been performed, first the lights on your Livebox will go off, then the Livebox will take 1 to 2 minutes to reconnect.
To reboot a Sagem Livebox:
1Turn the Livebox over, unplug the Livebox power cable, then plug it back in.
2Once this procedure has been performed, first the lights on your Livebox will go off, and then the Livebox will take 1 to 2 minutes to reconnect.
